Once you have completed your assessment, we will discuss therapy options with you, from:

  • Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Self-management exercises
  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (short and medium term)
  • Psycho-educational courses on depression, anxiety, mindfulness and wellbeing
  • Counselling
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy

Therapy can be carried out over the telephone or face to face.

If we agree together that our service is not the right way forwards for you, we will help you find another service or activity that will meet your needs.
